- In a large pot, boil salted water and cook the pasta according to package instructions, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside, reserving some pasta water.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add shrimp, season with smoked paprika, chili flakes, salt, and pepper. Cook for 1-2 minutes per side until opaque.
- In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium, add more olive oil if necessary, and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add spinach and cook until wilted, about 1-2 minutes.
