  4. Stir in mashed bananas and Greek yogurt until just combined.
  5. Whisk together all-purpose flour, baking soda, and baking powder in a separate bowl.
  6. Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet batter until just combined.
  7. Layer half of the batter into the loaf pan, dollop with cookie butter, and top with remaining batter.
  8. Bake for 60-65 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
  9. Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  10. Serve warm or at room temperature with whipped cream or extra cookie butter.
