  • 0.25 teaspoon dried basil or Italian seasoning
  • 0.25 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 0.25 teaspoon dried rosemary or fresh
  • 0.25 teaspoon dried thyme or parsley
For the Finish
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter at room temperature
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves for garnish
  • 0.25 cup freshly grated Parmesan optional

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Season the shrimp with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, then set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add seasoned shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink and opaque.
  4. Remove the shrimp from the skillet, leaving the oil behind.
  5. Sauté minced garlic in the skillet for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  6. Add white wine and lemon juice to the skillet, bring to a boil, and simmer for 4-5 minutes.
  7. Incorporate dried herbs and unsalted butter, stirring until melted and smooth.
  8. Return the shrimp to the skillet, tossing to coat and heat through.
  9. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately, optionally topped with Parmesan.
