Step-by-Step Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine ¼ cup soy sauce, 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce, 2 tablespoons honey, 1 teaspoon five spice powder, and 1 tablespoon rice vinegar. Stir until fully blended and the honey is dissolved.
- Take your 1-pound pork tenderloin and place it in a resealable plastic bag. Pour the marinade over the pork, ensuring it's evenly coated. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours.
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
- After marinating, remove the pork from the bag and let any excess marinade drip off. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Cook the Air Fryer Char Siu Pork at 375°F (190°C) for 20 to 25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Once cooked, carefully remove the pork from the air fryer and let it rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing.
- Arrange the sliced Air Fryer Char Siu Pork on a serving platter and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
