Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ¼ cup soy sauce, 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce, 2 tablespoons honey, 1 teaspoon five spice powder, and 1 tablespoon rice vinegar. Stir until fully blended and the honey is dissolved.
  2. Take your 1-pound pork tenderloin and place it in a resealable plastic bag. Pour the marinade over the pork, ensuring it's evenly coated. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
  4. After marinating, remove the pork from the bag and let any excess marinade drip off. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  5. Cook the Air Fryer Char Siu Pork at 375°F (190°C) for 20 to 25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Once cooked, carefully remove the pork from the air fryer and let it rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing.
  7. Arrange the sliced Air Fryer Char Siu Pork on a serving platter and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
