  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, yeast, and salt until well combined.
  3. Gently heat the milk, sugar, and butter in a separate bowl until warm, about 110°F (43°C).

  5. Cover the bowl with a kitchen towel and let the dough rest at room temperature for 10 to 20 minutes.
