Method
 

Dough Preparation

  3. Turn dough onto floured surface; knead for 5-7 minutes until smooth.
  4. Place dough in greased bowl, cover with towel, and let rise for 1 hour.
Filling and Shaping
  1. Mix cinnamon and sugar, slice peaches and toss in flour.
  2. Roll out the dough, spread softened butter, and sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture and peach slices.
  3. Roll dough tightly and slice into 12 rolls.
