- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with liners or grease it.
- Mash the ripe bananas until smooth and stir in the melted butter until combined.
- Add baking soda, salt, and sugar, mix well, then add the egg and vanilla extract.
- Gently fold in the flour until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
- Spoon half the batter into the muffin tin, filling each cup halfway.
- Create a well in the batter and add about 1 teaspoon of Nutella to each.
- Cover Nutella with remaining batter until each cup is about three-quarters full.
- Swirl Nutella into the batter with a toothpick for a marbled effect.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
