Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a muffin tin by spraying it with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Combine the ground beef, minced white onion, eggs, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, seasoning salt, garlic powder, and ½ cup of ketchup in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Scoop the meat mixture into each muffin cup about three-quarters full, smoothing the tops with the back of a spoon.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the remaining ¼ cup of ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard, then spoon the glaze over each filled muffin cup.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C) for safety.
  6. Remove the muffins from the oven and let them cool for about 5 minutes before carefully lifting them out of the tin.
