Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a sturdy bowl or jar, combine oats, almond milk, chia seeds, protein powder, lemon juice, lemon zest, and maple syrup. Stir until creamy.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
  3. Melt white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
  4. Whisk melted chocolate with cream cheese and Greek yogurt until creamy.
  5. Scoop the creamy mixture on top of the oats, spreading evenly.
  6. Cover again and chill for 1 more hour. Garnish as desired before serving.
