Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the beef by trimming excess fat and cutting it into bite-sized chunks. Season generously with black pepper.
  2. Mix sauce in a large bowl with beef broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, minced ginger, minced garlic, sesame oil, and gochujang until dissolved.
  3. Add the seasoned beef to the slow cooker and pour the sauce over. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  4. Prepare the noodles according to package instructions about 15-20 minutes before serving.
  5. Once beef is tender, gently add cooked noodles to the slow cooker and stir carefully to combine.
  6. Serve in bowls garnished with green onions, sesame seeds, and fresh cilantro.
