  1. In a medium bowl, combine seasoned breadcrumbs, egg, milk, chopped parsley, grated Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly until fully incorporated.
  2. Gently fold in the lean ground beef and pork into the breadcrumb mixture until well combined. Avoid overmixing.
  3. Form the mixture into 16 equal-sized meatballs, each about 1.5 inches in diameter.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  5. Place the meatballs in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring space between them.
  6. Cook the meatballs for 12-14 minutes, flipping halfway through. Check internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Remove the meatballs from the air fryer and let them rest for about 3 minutes before serving.
