Ingredients
  

For the Dough
  • 4 cups Brioche Dough Rich, buttery base for soft rolls.
For the Filling
  • 2 cups Apple Pie Filling Can use homemade or canned.
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar Can substitute with white sugar.
  • 2 tablespoons Cinnamon Essential spice.
  • 1 cup Toasted Pecans Can substitute with walnuts or omit.
For the Frosting
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese For a smooth, tangy frosting.

Method
 

Dough Prep
  1. Mix brioche dough ingredients in a large mixing bowl, knead for 10 minutes until smooth, then refrigerate.
Apple Filling
  1. Prepare apple pie filling, cooking apples with sugar and cinnamon until softened.
Assemble Rolls
  1. Roll out dough, spread filling, sprinkle apple filling and pecans, roll into a log, slice into rolls.
Second Rise
  1. Place rolls in a greased baking dish, let rise until doubled in size for 30-45 minutes.
Bake
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F, bake rolls for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
Frost and Serve
  1. Mix cream cheese frosting, drizzle over warm rolls, and serve.
