  • 1 tablespoon Taco Seasoning or homemade seasoning
  • 1 cup Cooked White Rice or brown rice or quinoa
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream or yogurt or dairy-free alternatives
  • 1/2 cup Nacho Cheese Sauce or a vegan version
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese or blend with mozzarella
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese or lower-fat options
  • 1 tablespoon Chipotle Sauce to taste
For the Wrap
  • 4 pieces Flour Tortillas or whole wheat/gluten-free
For Grilling
  • 1 tablespoon Butter or Oil or olive oil, for a healthier option

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef for 8–10 minutes until no longer pink. Drain excess grease, add taco seasoning and splash of water, then simmer for 5 minutes.
  2. Warm tortillas in a dry skillet over low heat or microwave for about 20 seconds until pliable.
  3. Lay out each tortilla and layer rice, seasoned beef, nacho cheese, sour cream, chipotle sauce, and both cheeses. Tightly wrap each tortilla.
  4. In a skillet over medium heat, add butter or oil. Grill burrito seam-side down for 3–4 minutes until golden. Flip and grill for another 3–4 minutes.
  5. Remove from skillet, cool slightly, slice in half, and serve with extra chipotle sauce or guacamole.
