  • 1 tsp baking powder

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line or prepare granola bar molds on a baking sheet.
  2. Mash the ripe bananas in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Combine the melted coconut oil, eggs, coconut sugar, vanilla extract, almond milk, and maple syrup with the mashed bananas. Mix until well combined.
  4. Gradually mix in the dry ingredients: flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until just combined.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  6. Scoop the batter into prepared molds, filling them about three-quarters full.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean or with a few moist crumbs.
  8. Allow to cool in molds for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
