- Add Greek yogurt to dry mixture and mix until a sticky dough forms, about 2-3 minutes.
- Divide dough into 10 equal pieces, roll them into balls, and set aside.
- Flatten each dough ball, place cream cheese in center, and seal edges to form balls again.
- Brush each ball with egg wash or oil, then sprinkle Everything But The Bagel seasoning on top.
- Place bagel bites in air fryer basket and air fry for 5-6 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove bites from air fryer and cool for a couple of minutes before serving.
