Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and slice mini bell peppers in half lengthwise, removing seeds.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine fat-free feta cheese and cheddar cheese wedges. Microwave for 30 seconds.
  3. Stir in everything bagel seasoning and chili crunch until well combined.
  4. Fill each halved pepper with the cheese mixture without overstuffing.
  5. Bake stuffed mini peppers for 15-20 minutes until peppers are tender and cheese is slightly browned.
  6. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and garnish with green onions or fresh herbs before serving.
