- Melt 4 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add 4 cloves of minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add 1 pound of large shrimp and 1 teaspoon of crushed red pepper flakes. Cook for 2-3 minutes until shrimp turn pink. Remove and set aside.
- Pour in 1 cup of heavy cream and 1 cup of chicken broth. Stir in zest and juice of 1 lemon, and season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Reduce heat to low and stir in 1 cup of ricotta, 1 cup of mozzarella, and ½ cup of Parmesan until melted and creamy.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Drizzle baking dish with olive oil and layer with shrimp sauce, noodles, and cheeses. Repeat layers and finish with mozzarella.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let cool for 5-10 minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve.
