Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Melt 4 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add 4 cloves of minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  2. Add 1 pound of large shrimp and 1 teaspoon of crushed red pepper flakes. Cook for 2-3 minutes until shrimp turn pink. Remove and set aside.
  3. Pour in 1 cup of heavy cream and 1 cup of chicken broth. Stir in zest and juice of 1 lemon, and season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Reduce heat to low and stir in 1 cup of ricotta, 1 cup of mozzarella, and ½ cup of Parmesan until melted and creamy.
  5. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Drizzle baking dish with olive oil and layer with shrimp sauce, noodles, and cheeses. Repeat layers and finish with mozzarella.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  8. Let cool for 5-10 minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve.
