Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine one cup of Greek yogurt and half a cup of peanut butter. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Taste your mixture and add sweetener as desired, mixing well after each addition.
  3. Prepare silicone molds or an ice cube tray and fill each cavity with the mixture, pressing down slightly.
  4. Sprinkle your favorite toppings over the mixture in each mold and press them gently into the surface.
  5. Place the filled molds in the freezer and let them chill for about 2 hours.
  6. Gently pop the bites out of the molds and transfer to a labeled freezer bag or container.
