Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed pretzels, chopped pecans, brown sugar, and melted butter. Mix until well-coated.
  3. Spread the mixture on a lined baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown. Let cool completely.
  4. In a medium mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Fold in the Cool Whip gently to maintain airiness.
  6. Fold in the sliced strawberries and half of the cooled pretzel crunch into the cream mixture.
  7. Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with remaining pretzel crunch. Serve immediately.
