  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes Adjust based on desired spice level
For Thickening (Optional)
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch Mix with water to thicken
For Garnish
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds Sprinkle on top
  • 2 stalks Green Onions Chopped

Cooking Instructions
  1. Season the chicken by sprinkling salt and pepper over the boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts. Let sit for a few minutes.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, ketchup, garlic, and ginger until well-blended.
  3. Transfer the seasoned chicken to the slow cooker and pour the sauce over the top, coating well.
  4. Cook on low for 4-5 hours or on high for 2-3 hours until tender.
  5. Optional: For a thicker sauce, remove chicken, mix cornstarch with water, and stir into sauce. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
  6. Return the chicken to the sauce and stir, or pour sauce over chicken before serving. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
