  2. In a high-speed blender or food processor, combine cottage cheese, mayonnaise, onion powder, garlic powder, kosher salt, and ground black pepper. Blend on high for about 30 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  3. Transfer the blended mixture into a mixing bowl. Gently fold in the chopped spinach with a spatula until well combined.
  4. You can serve your spinach dip immediately or refrigerate for up to 3 days. If chilling, allow to sit for at least 30 minutes before serving.
