Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Mash three overripe bananas in a large mixing bowl until smooth and creamy.
  3. Whisk together the dry ingredients including protein powder, flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  4. Add yogurt, sweetener, oil or water, and vanilla to the dry mixture and stir gently until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, smoothing out the top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, then turn off and leave for an additional 5 minutes.
  7. Check doneness with a toothpick; if needed, bake for another 5-10 minutes.
  8. Cool the bread in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
