- In a medium bowl, combine 1 cup of oats and ½ cup of chocolate chips. Mix them together.
- Add ¾ cup of peanut butter and ⅓ cup of honey to the bowl. Mix until thick and sticky.
- Gradually fold the oat mixture into the peanut butter mixture. Stir until well combined.
- Using a 1-tablespoon scoop, portion out the mixture and roll it into balls. Aim for about 12 bites.
- Refrigerate the bites for about 30 minutes to firm up and enhance texture.
- Store in an airtight container or zip-top bag in the fridge for up to one week, or freeze for longer shelf life.
