  • ¼ cup Sour Cream
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha Sauce optional

  • 8 pieces Corn Tortillas mini for smaller servings

  • 2 pieces Lime Wedges optional
  • ¼ cup Cotija Cheese optional
  • 1 piece Jalapeno Pepper optional

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine olive oil, lime juice, chili powder, ground cumin, garlic powder, and salt. Mix well and marinate cod in a ZipLoc bag for 20-40 minutes.
  2. Prepare the creamy taco sauce by whisking together mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, sriracha sauce, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Adjust seasoning and refrigerate.
  3. Chop cabbage, red onion, and cilantro for toppings. Warm corn tortillas in a skillet for about 30 seconds on each side.
  4. Cook marinated cod in a preheated skillet with butter for about 3-5 minutes per side, until golden brown and flaky.
  5. Assemble tacos with cod, cabbage, red onion, and cilantro. Drizzle with creamy sauce and add garnishes like cotija cheese or jalapenos.
