  4. Pat the slices dry, toss with olive oil, sea salt, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper.
  5. Line baking sheets with parchment paper and arrange zucchini slices in a single layer.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 1.5 to 2 hours, flipping halfway through until crispy.
  7. Cool for about 5 minutes before serving to enhance crunchiness.
