  • 4 pieces Bone-in, Skin-on Chicken Thighs Provides rich flavor and moisture.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil Can substitute with avocado oil.
For the Spice Mix
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika Can switch to smoked paprika.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder Fresh garlic can be substituted.
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper Freshly cracked black pepper preferred.
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Can use taco seasoning as an alternative.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Adjust to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder Ensure it's baking powder, not baking soda.

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5-6 minutes.
  2. Pat the chicken thighs dry using paper towels and coat with olive oil.
  3. Combine the spices in a bowl and mix well.
  4. Generously season the chicken thighs with the spice mix.
  5. Arrange chicken thighs skin-side up in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes.
  6. Flip the chicken thighs and cook for an additional 6-10 minutes, checking for doneness.
  7. Allow the chicken to rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
