Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan or line a baking sheet with foil.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, onion, eggs, milk, breadcrumbs, garlic, 1/4 cup of ketchup, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix gently until just combined.
  3. Transfer the meatloaf mixture into the prepared pan, shaping it into a loaf about 2 inches high.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together 1/2 cup of ketchup, brown sugar, and vinegar. Brush half of this glaze over the top of the meatloaf.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, then brush on the remaining glaze and bake for another 15-30 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
