- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan or line a baking sheet with foil.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, onion, eggs, milk, breadcrumbs, garlic, 1/4 cup of ketchup, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix gently until just combined.
- Transfer the meatloaf mixture into the prepared pan, shaping it into a loaf about 2 inches high.
- In a small bowl, mix together 1/2 cup of ketchup, brown sugar, and vinegar. Brush half of this glaze over the top of the meatloaf.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, then brush on the remaining glaze and bake for another 15-30 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- Let the meatloaf rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.
