Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Spread the uncooked white rice evenly across the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  3. Pour chicken broth over the rice, ensuring it fully submerges the grains.
  4. Distribute your cooked chicken evenly over the rice layer.
  5. Scatter chopped cucumber, red onion, grape tomatoes, and Kalamata olives across the chicken layer.
  6. Mix Greek-style tzatziki sauce with garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Spread this mixture over the layered ingredients.
  7. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese over the tzatziki sauce.
