  • 1 cup Beef Broth Use less for instant rice.

  • 1 cup Vegetables (peas, corn, carrots - optional) Add your favorites for a colorful twist.

Cooking Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 8-10 minutes.
  3. Once the ground beef is browned, stir in the cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, and rice. Add any vegetables you desire. Mix thoroughly and simmer for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Season your mixture with salt, pepper, and optional spices. Stir well to evenly distribute the seasoning.
  5. Carefully transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish, smoothing the top down.
  6. Sprinkle a generous amount of cheddar cheese on top.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  9. Let it cool for about 5 minutes before serving.
