Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, beaten eggs, optional chopped onion, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
  3. Transfer the meat mixture onto a lightly greased baking dish and shape into a loaf.
