- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat for 6-7 minutes until browned. Drain excess grease and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Stir in ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, diced onions, and pickles to the beef mixture.
- Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish and spread a layer of frozen French fries across the bottom.
- Pour the seasoned beef mixture evenly over the fries, spreading it out with a spatula.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top of the beef mixture, covering completely.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, looking for bubbly cheese and crispy fries.
- Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving. Optionally, garnish with fresh parsley.
