  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil or avocado oil
For Assembling the Sandwich
  • 4 buns Burger Buns whole-grain or gluten-free
  • to taste Lettuce fresh toppings
  • to taste Tomato Slices fresh toppings
  • to taste Pickles fresh toppings

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Marinate the chicken with buttermilk and Cajun seasoning for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Prepare the coating by mixing flour, cornstarch, Cajun seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dredge marinated chicken in the flour mixture and set aside.
