Cooking Instructions
- Season the large shrimp with salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Dredge in cornstarch and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Fry shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Cook pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions, then drain and reserve ½ cup of pasta water.
- Whisk mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, honey, lime juice, and garlic in a bowl until smooth.
- In the skillet, heat olive oil and sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds. Toss in drained pasta.
- Add Bang Bang sauce to the pasta, toss to coat, then gently fold in the crispy shrimp.
- Serve garnished with Parmesan cheese, green onions, and optional red pepper flakes.
