  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha hot sauce Adjust according to heat preference.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine shrimp with buttermilk, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Spread cornstarch in a shallow dish. Dredge marinated shrimp in cornstarch until fully coated.
  3. Heat oil in a pot until it reaches 350°F (175°C). Ensure the oil is sufficiently hot before frying.
  4. Fry shrimp in small batches for about 2 minutes until golden brown. Ensure internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  5. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, and Sriracha until well combined.
  6. Toss the fried shrimp in the Bang Bang sauce until evenly coated.
  7. Serve immediately on a platter for best results.
