  • 1 tablespoon Cooking spray Olive oil or avocado oil recommended
  • 3 tablespoons Water Per 6oz ramekin
For Seasoning
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • optional Chives Can substitute with parsley or dill

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare Ramekins: Spray your 6oz ramekins with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  2. Add Water: Pour 3 tablespoons of water into each ramekin.
  3. Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (204°C) for 5 minutes.
  4. First Cook: Place the ramekins in the air fryer and cook at 400°F for 7 minutes.
  5. Crack the Eggs: Remove ramekins, crack one egg into each, and return them to the basket.
  6. Final Cook: Lower the temperature to 360°F (182°C) and cook for an additional 4 to 5 minutes.
  7. Serve and Enjoy: Carefully remove ramekins, loosen eggs, drain excess water, and serve immediately.
